Sken.io uses SSL/TLS encryption (secure sockets layer / transport layer security) for protection of user data and personal information. A Sken.io user can access and update personal information after signing in to the Sken.io account located under the settings page. All your personal or billing information are stored in our servers in encrypted form. We store your data on our servers located within the European Union. We implement a large palette of security measures in order to maintain the safety of your personal data when we collect and process them.
Your private financial information (including the credit cards, financials, etc.) are transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and not stored in our databse. We use third party services as Braintree which provides all payment proceses and transactions. Braintree payment gateway meets the PCI DSS security requirements ensuring the highest level of data security available.
To sign in, the user is required to know his/her login credentials - email address and password. There is no way to access personal information without knowing the login credentials, therefore no unauthorized party can access it.

If requested to remove data we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. As of now our intention is to service DSR requests (such as delete and export) manually. If you have an account with us, you may access, correct, or request that we delete your personal data by contacting us at info@sken.io. This request can include personal data of other individuals, like your employees or customers that you have provided to us and who have requested this of you. We will respond to these requests within 14 days or less, which is well within the GDPR requirement of 30 days.
