  • sknRefresh — renews your session so you are not signed out unexpectedly.
  • io — maintains the real-time connection that delivers monitoring notifications.
  • ncc_e, ncc_c — store your cookie consent choices so we do not ask you again on every visit.

Analytics cookies

These cookies are optional and are only set once you accept them. They help us understand which pages are used, how visitors reach us, and where the product is difficult to use, so that we can improve it. We use this data in aggregate and do not use it to identify you personally.

  • _ga, _gat, _gid and related __ga / __gid cookies — set by Google Analytics to distinguish visitors and measure traffic.
  • PostHog — product analytics that records which parts of the application are used, so we can prioritise improvements.

Third-party services
